The Executive Council of the HPBASA invites members to submit nominations for the Offices of President-elect, Secretary-elect as well as five “Members-at-Large” to be elected to the Council for a period of two years. Members-at-Large may be re-elected twice, for a total of six years in office.

The nominees must be members in good standing of the HPBASA.

Voting for these members will take place at the Annual General Meeting of the HPBASA to be held on the Zoom platform on MONDAY 9^TH OCTOBER 2023.

Please complete the nomination form below and return it to the Secretariat by fax or email.

The closing date for submission of the nominations is 4^TH OCTOBER 2023 and should be sent to the Secretariat at assa@worldonline.co.za.  Ballot forms will then be distributed at the AGM for voting.
